A Zen moment (as I describe it) is a sink hole moment were you feel no boundaries. No longer are you the inside of a circle with a circumference and the Other on the other side pushing back on you, irritating you, annoying you. When you have no boundaries you have no annoyance with the world. You don’t mind what the world does. There is no rub with the world. And when there is no rub with the world, there is no sense of ME against the world.
