Who do you trust?

April 10, 2018 by admin Leave a Comment

Trusting in God and Trusting in yourself is the same, I think. Unless you compartmentalize God. If God is the One without a second, then you are also included within the realm of God. So in that understanding, you cannot differentiate between God and yourself on the basic level of trust, but on the surface you have to watch out for the waves..but the Ocean you trust. What I’m talking about is discovering this basic Trust that underlies everything. There is absolute Trust and relative Trust. One can have. your cake and eat it too.

I was talking about Trusting myself; you may be  talking about trusting God…I’m finding the happy middle..you can trust both, and Trust does not divide. Trust does not cherry pick But again, there is Absolute Trust, and relative Trust. Reagan said it: Trust but verify. That is absolute and relative

I just took a walk and I was thinking about this Trust thing…and what I’m looking is Trust as Rest. When you trust someone or something you rest with it. You are one with it. No conflict with it, No worry’s about it, No questions about it. Trust, innocence, Faith, and spontaneity…all the same. When you trust the situation you are in, you become free, you become spontaneous, and you become yourself. So my question is: why can we be that way everywhere, and not just in special Trust situations. I’m questioning our assumptions about Trust.
