I let her rip this evening. It feels good, you know, when you speak from the heart, in the freedom of the heart that does not worry about what you are going to say. You trust that you are going to say something. That you are going to be OK. My Martini Time is my free. time when I speak without fear of making a fool of myself.
We all have something valuable to say, some wisdom to impart, if we speak from the heart and not from the fear of what people will think. Who is “people” but your own mind? Who is the judge but your own mind? You are the world and the world is you. This is the voice of the heart, not the thinking mind.
So my Martini Talks are without thought. The talk is my thought. In the talk from the heart the speech and body are one.
