“Thinking isolates a situation or event and calls it good or bad, as if it had a separate existence. Through excessive reliance on thinking, reality becomes fragmented. This fragmentation is an illusion, but seems very real while you are trapped in it.” Ekchart Tolle (from The Power of Now)

Reality is fluid. Reality is impermanent. Reality IS change. Reality is not something that changes; reality is change. Reality is not IN time; reality IS time. You are not in time: you are time. You are reality. You are fluid. You are change.
Thinking fixes reality and freeze you in a posture toward change, and the stress and pain is the tension between your rigid thought posture and the flow of reality. Death is rigid. When thinking isolate us, we are dead wood stiff and creaking in the wind of time.
