BE your own massage therapist and find the tension in your mind. The table is your tension creating situation. Notice the pain and put your finger of attention on it. Do not try to massage the situation but go directly to the feeling of tension in your body/mind. Press the pain by allowing it to be there. Release the pain by not identifying with it. Instead of thinking I HURT, just say there is pain.
